Who we are

The Tax Co is a partnership firm providing tax, compliance and advisory services from Hyderabad, Telangana. Its registered office is Plot No. 0414/11, Phase 2, TNGOs Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032. "We" means the firm and its partners; "you" means anyone using thetaxco.in.

What this website is for

It describes our services, carries our Journal, and lets you send a message, chat with us on WhatsApp, Instagram or X, or book an introductory call. Service pages describe the kind of work we do; they do not confirm that a service suits you or is available for your situation. We take on an assignment only after looking at its scope, our capacity and our professional obligations. Nothing here promises an outcome or compares us with another practice.

Content is information, not advice

Pages and Journal articles are general. They cannot cover every fact, exception, amendment or interpretation that applies to you, and they are not advice on your tax, accounts, business or legal position. Check the date and period an article covers; the law may have moved since, and we do not undertake to revise every article each time it does. Before acting, take advice on your own records. No page promises a registration, refund, approval, tax saving or favourable order.

Reading is not engaging us

Visiting the site, reading an article, messaging us or booking a call does not make you a client, and an automatic acknowledgement or calendar invitation is not acceptance of work. Paid work runs under a separate engagement letter that sets out the services, responsibilities, fees and terms, and that letter prevails over these Terms for that work.

Until the letter is agreed, your filings, replies and deadlines remain your responsibility. Sending us a notice or mentioning a due date does not mean we have agreed to act. Do not wait for a reply through the website or a chat where a deadline needs action.

Messages and calls

Send only what we need to understand the enquiry: no portal passwords, one-time passwords, bank credentials or identity documents, on any channel. The Cal.com booking is a twenty-minute introductory call to understand your enquiry and agree next steps; it is not a review of your records or advice given on the call. Check the date, time zone and joining details in the confirmation, and use the booking controls to cancel or move it; we may occasionally need to rearrange.

None of these channels is an emergency service and we do not promise a response time through them. If you hear nothing, use the contact details below. Anything you send stays subject to our privacy and confidentiality duties whether or not we take the work.

Fees

Fees, taxes, payment dates, expenses and any cancellation or refund terms sit in your engagement letter, not here.

What we ask of you

Give us information that is accurate to your knowledge and tell us promptly of errors or changes. If you write for someone else or for a business, make sure you have the authority to do so and to share the information; do not put another person's records in a first message. Use the site lawfully: no impersonation, malicious files, unauthorised access or interference. We may restrict access to protect the site.

Our content

Text, articles, design and other material belong to us or to their owners; citing or linking a source does not make it ours. You may read our content, keep a copy for your own reference, and share a link or a short attributed extract without changing its meaning. Anything more, including republication or commercial use, needs the rights holder's permission unless the law already allows it. Do not pass our articles off as your own or use our name to imply endorsement.

Other people's services and links

Framer hosts the site; Cal.com runs the booking; WhatsApp, Instagram and X carry the chats. Each has its own terms and privacy notice, and we do not control their services. We link to government portals and other references for the stated purpose; a link is not government approval of us, nor our endorsement of everything on the linked page. Check a destination before entering information there.

Liability

We take reasonable care with the site but cannot promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors, or that access will be uninterrupted. To the extent Indian law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. This covers website use only; liability for work we take on is dealt with in the engagement letter.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, removes a statutory right, stops a complaint to a competent authority or shortens a limitation period. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.

Privacy

How we handle information from the site, the form, the chats and the booking is in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may revise these Terms when the site, our arrangements or the law change, and will update the date shown. Changes apply going forward and do not alter an existing engagement letter or a right that has already arisen.

Law and courts

Indian law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, where they have jurisdiction. This does not displace a statutory forum or a right the law gives you elsewhere.
